Accomplishments:

Delivered a completely revamped ASX Customer Portal on AEM 6.1 - Hit the ground running and resolved ~75 outstanding tickets in my first 7 weeks in order for the project to go-live as planned

Telstra Operations | IT

Lead a team of 6 consist of developers and testers. Provide oversight in requirement analysis, solution design, development, implementation, testing and support of AEM6/CQ5 web applications.

Accomplishments:

Mobile Gifted Services development completed 2 weeks in advance and handled 24,000 vouchers in 1st day of launch

Launched Telstra TV portal– delivered 3 weeks ahead of schedule and processed 30,000 device activations in 2 months since launch
